This Privacy Policy describes how Energy Tulum LLC ("SexualEnergyTV," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or use SexualEnergyTV.com and related services (the "Service"). The Service is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and mandatory age verification is designed to prevent minors from creating accounts. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it and terminate the account immediately. If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, contact us at once (Section 15).

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
