This Privacy Policy describes how Energy Tulum LLC ("SexualEnergyTV," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or use SexualEnergyTV.com and related services (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.
This Service contains adult content and is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. Because of the nature of the Service, we treat all user data as sensitive and apply heightened protection accordingly.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers. All payments are processed by independent, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors under their own privacy policies. We receive only confirmation of payment, subscription status, and the limited billing metadata needed to manage your membership (e.g., last four digits, transaction ID).
To comply with age-verification laws and prevent fraudulent or duplicate accounts, verification is performed by our independent Verification Provider, Didit (didit.me), acting under its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR): performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legal obligation (6(1)(c)); legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and content protection (6(1)(f)); and consent (6(1)(a)) — including explicit consent for biometric data (Art. 9(2)(a)).

Every service provider acts under contract, may use your data only to provide services to us, and is prohibited from selling it or using it for its own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). We do not disclose your membership status, viewing history, verification status, or any record of your presence on this Service to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own use.
You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

We may retain data longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored personal data, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and logging and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant regulators as required by applicable law.

Submit requests via the contact details in Section 15. We will verify your identity, respond within the legally required window (generally 45 days), and you may use an authorized agent. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state Attorney General.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (including biometric consent — withdrawal will result in account closure since verification is mandatory). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The Service is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and mandatory age verification is designed to prevent minors from creating accounts. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it and terminate the account immediately. If you believe a minor has accessed the Service, contact us at once (Section 15).
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, and for significant changes we will provide notice by email or in-Service message at least 30 days before they take effect.
